Pass your mock recall in minutes, not days

When a batch goes bad, BatchProof answers "which customers got it" in seconds — forward trace from any lot number to every order that shipped it. FEFO picking keeps your short-dated stock moving in the meantime.

One food-safety forum put a single manual trace at 19 hours of spreadsheet work.

First 15 brands get 6 months free and shape the roadmap.

"We found expired stock during the count again."

"A customer asked which lot they received. I couldn't tell them."

"Our distributor is asking for lot-level records we don't have."

How it works

1

Import your spreadsheet

Drop in the lot list you already keep — every row becomes a tracked lot in seconds.

2

Orders auto-allocate (FEFO)

Each order pulls from the oldest lot first, automatically, so short-dated stock ships before it spoils.

3

Instant recall lookup

If a supplier flags a batch, search the lot number and get every order and customer that received it.

Frequently asked questions

How does this sync with Shopify?

BatchProof installs as an embedded Shopify app. It reads your orders via webhook and allocates each line to a lot automatically — no separate login, no manual sync step.

Does it support custom lot formats?

Yes. Lot numbers are plain text, so your existing alphanumeric codes work as-is — nothing to remap.

How do returns and cancellations affect a lot?

Automatically. When an order is cancelled or refunded with restock, the units go back to the lot they were allocated from — no manual adjustment needed.

Can I track multiple warehouse locations?

Not yet — lots are tracked shop-wide today. Multi-location support is on the roadmap; design partners get a direct say in when it ships.

Is it FSMA 204 compliant?

BatchProof captures the lot number, quantity, and order-level traceability data FSMA 204 asks for, and exports it in the CSV shape distributors request. We don't claim formal certification — that's a conversation for your compliance team.
